Only products and files.

Fashionfy asks Shopify only for access to products and files (the write_products and write_files permissions). It never reads customers, orders or payment details.

From your store it reads product titles, types, descriptions, SEO fields and product images, and your store's name and email address.

Product images and titles are sent to our image and text AI providers (Google Gemini, and fal.ai as a fallback) to make the photos and texts you ask for. They receive only what is needed for that request and process it under their own terms.

Generated photos are stored in your own Shopify Files. They, and any texts, are added to a product only when you press Add, or automatically if you turn that on in Settings.

Your store's email address is used only for the "photos are ready" email, which you can turn off in Settings → Notifications. We send no marketing email.

In our database (Cloudflare D1): your settings, the list of photos made and their status, your credit balance and billing state, and the product texts from before Fashionfy replaced them, so you can undo that change.

Billing is handled by Shopify. We never see or store card details.

Shopify asks us to delete your store's data 48 hours after you uninstall, and we do: settings, photo lists, texts and credit history are erased. Photos and texts already added to your products stay in your store.

To stop the free trial from being used again by reinstalling, we keep only a one-way, salted fingerprint of your store's address, from which the address cannot be recovered.

Fashionfy stores no data about your customers, so customer data and erasure requests have nothing to return or delete.
